Job Description

General Duties:
Including, but not limited to:
  • Funeral planning.
  • Pre-Planning.
  • Staffing funerals, viewings, and visitations.
  • Funeral set-up and breakdown.
  • Preparation of deceased for burial, cremation, viewings, and transport.
  • Handling removals of deceased from place of death.
  • Prepare and publish obituaries.
  • Proof and file death certificates.
  • Schedule:
    4 days a week and every other weekend.
  • Will work for both Dressler's Jewish Funeral Care and Fischer Funeral Care.
(Other duties assigned as needed.)
Requirements:
  • An interest in continuing or beginning a career in the funeral industry.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must pass a background check.
