We are a family-owned funeral home with multiple locations serving Genesee County and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide exceptional care to every family while honoring the dignity of those entrusted to us. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Meet with families to arrange and direct funeral, memorial, cremation, and graveside services. Embalm and prepare deceased individuals with the highest level of care and professionalism. Coordinate all aspects of funeral services from first call through final disposition. Assist with removals, transfers, and after-hours on-call responsibilities. Lead visitations, funerals, and committal services with professionalism and compassion. Maintain facilities, vehicles, and equipment to the highest standards. Work closely with clergy, cemeteries, hospitals, nursing homes, and other community partners. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other licensed staff. Qualifications Current Michigan Funeral Director and Embalmer License (or ability to obtain reciprocity). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate: Has a genuine heart for serving families.
