Job Overview Wash It Laundromats were built on providing excellent customer service and providing a clean atmosphere for our customers and employees. Attendants must be energetic, courteous, sociable, detail oriented, and motivated. In addition to providing top notch customer service, duties would include assisting customers, cleaning, daily communication with the manager and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Positively represents Wash It by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with customers, supervisor and co-workers.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• After completing all appropriate training, utilize skills to accomplish all responsibilities without immediate supervision and do so without injury to oneself or others.
• Must be able to speak and write in English to communicate with others.
• Must be able to be at work as scheduled and on time.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of times.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Cash handling/give change
• Keep inside/outside of facility clean
• Assist customers with all laundromat app's.
