Job Description

Laundry Staff (Long Term Care) We Own It!. Medicalodges is a 100% employee-owned organization with over 30 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. If you have a passion for providing seniors with outstanding care we want to talk with you today!

Job Responsibilities:

Operating, cleaning and sanitizing washer and dryer. Sorting and laundering linens; distributing clean linen to linen rooms. Distributing personal clothing to residents' rooms. Ensuring that resident's clothing is properly identified. Keeping laundry area clean and in order by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing. Maintaining inventory of laundry supplies and linen. Follow policies and procedures to follow infection control practices and operate equipment correctly to prevent accidents.

Job Requirements:

Ability to follow procedures Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products Self motivated
