Gladwin Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an experienced, full time Laundry Assistant. The purpose of this position is to implement facility laundry procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet our residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.

Wage information:

The successful Laundry Assistant candidate will: Operate equipment in a safe manner. Perform cleaning procedures in accordance to facility policy. Assist in proper care of laundry equipment. Identify and report any equipment malfunction to supervisor. Follow material safety data sheets (SDS). Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor. Use supplies efficiently and report needed supplies to supervisor. Consistently work cooperatively with other staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers. Qualifications of a Laundry Assistant include: High School Diploma or equivalent required Laundry experience Gladwin Pines is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
