Job Description

Nestled along the beautiful Carolina Beach shoreline, Courtyard by Marriott Carolina Beach Oceanfront provides guests with exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and stunning oceanfront views. Our Laundry team is an essential part of creating a clean and welcoming experience by ensuring fresh, high-quality linens are available throughout the hotel. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team.

Overview:

The Laundry Attendant operates or tends to washers to wash articles, such as towels, linens, blankets, napkins, etc. for the hotel.

Area Vice President of Operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Sorts linen (terry, sheets, pillowcases). Weigh linen and load in washers. Load dryers. Know the operating function of the machines. Be able to maintain productivity standards on a daily basis. Fold linen and sheets according to proper standards. Place folded linen on marked shelves.

Education and Experience:

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): or Work Equivalent preferred.

Experience:

No prior experience required. Previous laundry experience preferred.

Certificates & Licenses:
