Full Job Description Job Duties:

Provide oversight of all household activities, assuring timely and high-quality completion of all tasks. See to all details of house/property. Accept, accomplish special assignments as chartered by the employer, and suggest action plans to achieve goals. Demonstrate ability to foresee situations and expectations.

Hours:

11:30 AM - 4:30

PM Monday-Friday:

20-30 hrs. a week, potential to go full-time. In addition, at times of special events, you may be asked to assist & work additional hours/evening/weekends if needed with advance notice. Assist with Scheduling Repair & Maintenance for Property Answer Door & Look After All Guests Assist with Events Perform shopping and Errands per employer's needs Assure that all routine household supplies are always on hand. Nothing foreseeable is overlooked. •Keep Running Inventory of All Household Items and Replace & Refill Items daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Household Laundry:

Wash/Press/Fold/Put Away Guest Rooms Bedding Bathroom Linens Maintain First-Aid Closet & Inventory Manage Storage Facility Items & Inventory Watering Flower Beds & Garden (seasonal) Animal Care Such as but not limited to, daily feeding & walking of dogs, grooming appt., vet appts.

Additional Skills Needed:

Excellent Communication Skills Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communication in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously Drivers License/ Reliable Vehicle Love for Dogs Multi-Tasker, Detail-Oriented, Thorough & Organized Knows how to re-prioritize in a moment's notice Confidentiality is paramount in this relationship. Ability to remain discreet & respect the privacy of residents & guests The ability to handle homeowner's needs and concerns is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Always maintaining brand standards effectively & efficiently. Microsoft Office & Tech Savvy a Plus!
