Job Description
Overview Luxe Esthetic Studio is looking for a talented, dependable Licensed Lash Technician to join our growing team. We are a modern med spa and wellness studio focused on delivering personalized, high-quality services in a professional and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about lashes, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a loyal clientele with the support of an established business and front-desk team. Responsibilities Perform high-quality classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions Provide lash fills, removals and other approved lash services Consult with clients to determine the best style for their eye shape, preferences and natural lash health Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Maintain detailed and accurate client records Follow all sanitation, safety and infection-control standards Maintain a clean, organized and professional treatment room Recommend appropriate services and retail products when beneficial to the client Deliver a warm, personalized experience that encourages client retention Assist with before-and-after photos and occasional social media content Work collaboratively with the Luxe team Qualifications Knowledge of classic, hybrid and volume techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to lash health Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable and punctual Comfortable taking before-and-after photos of work Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment Existing clientele is preferred but not required Valid esthetician, cosmetologist, or lash training license is preferred Ability to offer other services such as lash lifts, waxing, etc is preffered What We Offer W-2 employment Established business with ongoing marketing and client support Professional booking and front-desk assistance Fully equipped treatment space Products and supplies provided Training and continuing-education opportunities Employee discounts on services and skincare products Monthly bonus opportunities Year-end variable bonus Opportunities for growth and advancement Positive, professional team environment Join us in providing exceptional skincare experiences that leave our clients feeling refreshed and revitalized!
