Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lash and Brow Artist / Lash Technician, where your passion for beauty and dedication to client satisfaction will shine! In this energetic role, you will craft stunning eyelash extensions and/or perfect brows that enhance our clients' natural beauty. You'll be an essential part of creating a welcoming, professional environment that inspires confidence and boosts self-esteem. You will be working in your own lash and wax room located inside a nail salon located in the Promenade shopping center in Scottsdale, AZ. You set your own schedule and we prefer you already have a list of clients. You benefit from our advertising and you do not pay to rent the space. The position is commission based and we also send to you directly any of our customers that want lash and / or brow services. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications, brow shaping, tinting, and other lash and brow enhancement services with precision and artistry Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining clear communication throughout each appointment Manage appointment scheduling using salon software to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain strict sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards for all tools and treatment areas Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist, esthetician, or lash technician with expertise in eyelash extensions and brow artistry Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Experience in retail sales, product demos, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent sanitation practices combined with attention to detail to ensure safety during all procedures Join us if you're passionate about elevating beauty standards through expert lash and brow artistry! Pay:

$30.00 - $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
