Responsibilities Perform high-quality classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extension services. Take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand each client's goals and recommend appropriate lash styles. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation while following all sanitation and safety guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for every client. Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to help them achieve the best results. Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and supportive work environment. Stay current on lash industry trends, techniques, and best practices. Skills Experienced in performing classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extensions. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Strong client consultation and communication skills. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage appointment times while maintaining high-quality results. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Strong sanitation and infection control practices. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to continue learning and refining lash techniques.
