Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction while maintaining strict sanitation standards. Assist clients with selecting suitable lash styles and treatments, offering expert advice on maintenance and aftercare. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or

to optimize client flow and minimize wait times. Conduct consultations to understand client needs, communicate treatment options clearly, and set realistic expectations. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Promote retail sales of lash care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials through effective upselling techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in eyelash extension application and aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections or dermal fillers is highly preferred. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional training in lash extension techniques is a plus. Knowledge of salon management software like Millennium or

for booking and client management. Strong communication skills to engage clients confidently and provide excellent customer service. Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on lash artistry, hair styling, or other aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels or dermabrasion. Familiarity with sanitation protocols, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, and other spa services is advantageous. Ability to perform retail sales effectively while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction. Not required but a plus would be the ability to perform other services example facials, Injections, Massage, Nail tec or Hair stylest.
