Job Summary We are seeking for skilled and passionate individuals with beauty services experience to join our dynamic and family oriented team. The ideal candidate (s) must possess a strong foundation in the overall beauty services to include manicure, pedicure, waxing, brow and lashes services. and will continuously strive to provide clients with exceptional experiences. You will be responsible for performing various manicure, lash, brow, waxing services and treatments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in cosmetology and attention to detail will play a big role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence. Duties Perform manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, lash and brow services with precision and care. Provide consultations to clients regarding care maintenance, styles, and treatments for nails, brows and lashes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail arts, brow and lash care techniques to offer innovative services. Assist clients with retail sales of nail, lash and brow care products and related beauty items. Collaborate with other beauty professionals to provide comprehensive services Educate clients on proper nail, brow and lash care techniques and aftercare products. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by Colorado State's regulations. Proficiency in various nail techniques including acrylics, gels, dazzle dry polish, builder gel, gel x, and nail art. Knowledge of color theory and its application in nail design. Experience in beauty services such as lash and brow services Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Salary Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
