The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, possesses excellent customer service skills, and is eager to grow their career in a vibrant but calming setting. Candidates can be provided training if they unfamiliar with strip lash extension technique. Please note that we are only hiring candidates for strip lash extension services, NOT individuals lashes or clusters. Duties Perform strip eyelash extension applications with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring safety and client satisfaction Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations Educate clients on lash aftercare and product recommendations for long-lasting results Manage your appointment scheduling using GoReminders Promote retail sales of lash care products Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content to grow the salon's online presence Qualifications Valid and active license to perform as a Lash Technician in the state of Connecticut = Experience in strip lash extensions or willing to be trained the technique Strong knowledge of lash and eye care Experience working in the beauty industry, especially within salons or med spas, demonstrating excellent client communication skills Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for safety and compliance Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
