This role requires exceptional client care, professionalism, and the ability to create a relaxing, elevated experience at the shampoo bowl and treatment stations. Responsibilities include luxury shampoo and conditioning services, assisting stylists, product and treatment recommendation and up sales, retail sales, maintaining pristine work areas, and supporting seamless daily operations. Ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, well-groomed, and thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment.
