We're a calm, elevated space where clients come to be pampered — and where artists get to do beautiful, detailed work without the chaos of a big-box salon. We're looking for one licensed, experienced lash artist to join our team. If you take pride in flawless fans, clean isolation, and retention that keeps clients coming back, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do Perform classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume lash extension sets Provide lash lifts and tints Consult with clients on lash mapping, styling, and aftercare Maintain impeccable sanitation and lash-station hygiene Keep accurate appointment and client records in our booking system (Vagaro) Rebook clients and support retention and referrals Contribute to a warm, professional, drama-free studio culture What we're looking for Active Florida Cosmetology, Full Specialist, or Facial Specialist license (required to perform lash and lash-lift services in Florida) Proven experience with classic and volume/mega-volume application Skilled in lash lifts and tints Strong isolation, fanning consistency, and retention track record Reliable, punctual, and detail-obsessed Great client-facing communication and a genuine hospitality mindset A portfolio of your work (before/afters, sets you're proud of) Bonus points for: an existing client following, experience with UV/LED lash systems, brow services, or additional licensed skills. What we offer Graduated commission — earn 45% to 65% based on your volume. The busier you get, the bigger your share.
