We are looking for a licensed Facial Specialist who is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and providing high-quality eyebrow and facial waxing services through various techniques. This commission-based position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in helping others look and feel their best. Compensation is based on commissions earned through services performed. Duties Perform eyebrow services using various techniques, including waxing, shaping, trimming, tinting and hybrid tinting while achieving each Provide eyebrow tinting and brow lamination services. Perform facial hair removal services using waxing techniques for areas such as the upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns, forehead, nose and full face. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with Florida regulations and company standards. Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend suitable products and services. Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience. Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices. Requirements Active Florida Facial or Full Specialist License. Experience performing eyebrow and facial waxing services preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to quality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
