Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Lash Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lash artistry and a keen eye for detail - experience in lashing is a must for this position . This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services in a welcoming environment. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence while managing various aspects of the salon experience. Duties Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, tints, brow services, and facial waxing services ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Manage appointments and maintain an organized schedule using salon software. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing client needs and inquiries professionally. Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing retail sales. Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions and recommend additional services such as brows and waxing. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area and throughout the salon. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall client experience + some content creation. Requirements Valid esthetics or cosmetology license. Proven experience in eyelash extensions application. (At least 1 year of lash extension experience, but not required if highly skilled.) Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with salon software for appointment management is preferred. Background in guest services or retail sales is advantageous. Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passion for beauty trends and dedication to continuous learning within the industry.

Availability Needed:

2-3 Days Per Week; 4-6 hour shifts.

Salon Hours:
