As a Health and Wellness Fit Pro, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer experiences and aiding individuals in finding footwear solutions. Using our fitting approach, we teach you how to properly analyze and fit customers based upon their medical needs and wants. If you are passionate about health and wellness, love helping people, possess a friendly outgoing demeanor, and are eager to learn, we invite you to join our family.

Responsibilities:

Fit-Pro Expertise:

Provide personalized footcare solutions with a focus on health and wellness.

Stock room and sales floor:

Ensure store stays clean, organized, and well stocked.

Staff Support:

Work with colleagues to meet and exceed store goals.

Store Atmosphere:

Maintain a welcoming, fun, and professional environment.

Punctuality:

Adhere to punctuality and reliability standards.

Flexible Scheduling:

Availability between 930am and 6pm- no late nights.

Qualifications:

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on health and wellness. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and embrace our unique Fit-Pro approach. Excellent communication skills.
