Is a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician (as required by Massachusetts regulations) Is certified in lash extensions or excited to continue learning Has a passion for beauty, artistry, and helping people feel their best Pays attention to the little details and takes pride in delivering exceptional work Is positive, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team Wants a long-term salon to grow with—not just another place to work What You'll Do Create beautiful lash transformations, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets Perform lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, and other beauty services Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through aftercare Educate clients on maintenance, aftercare, and recommended products Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism Help create the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that makes Ultimate Touch special Changing salons can be a big decision, and we understand that.
