This role involves not only eyebrow threading but also the potential for additional beauty services, making it essential for candidates to possess a diverse skill set in the beauty industry. Responsibilities Perform eyebrow threading services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Assist in retail sales by promoting beauty products and services to clients. Utilize salon software, including GlossGenius, for appointment scheduling and client management. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in beauty treatments, including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and makeup application. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive salon environment. Skills Proficient in hair threading techniques with a keen eye for detail. Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is preferred. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment and body waxing techniques is a plus. Familiarity with salon software systems like
