What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: Passionate about the beauty industry and lash artistry Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Excited to continue learning and expanding their skills Team-oriented while also thriving independently Dedicated to creating an elevated luxury guest experience Committed to building a loyal clientele through exceptional service Preferred Qualifications Current Maryland License Minimum of 1-2 years of professional lash extension experience preferred Certified and experienced in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions Experience performing Lash Lifts and Lash Tints Strong consultation skills and ability to customize services for each guest Excellent sanitation and infection control practices Retail recommendation experience with a focus on client education Professional portfolio or social media showcasing your work is a plus Responsibilities Perform high-quality Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extension services Perform Lash Lift and Lash Tint services Conduct thorough consultations to recommend customized lash services Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Recommend professional home-care products to support lash health Maintain detailed client records and appointment notes Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, sanitized, and guest-ready Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent results Participate in salon meetings, advanced education, and promotional events Meet personal performance goals while contributing to the success of the team What We Offer We believe exceptional professionals deserve exceptional support.
