Duties Perform professional makeup applications for various occasions including bridal, special events, photoshoots, and character makeup. Apply eyelash extensions and execute body waxing, dermabrasion, and other skincare treatments with precision and care. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their desired look while providing expert advice on color coordination and makeup application techniques. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly cleaning tools and adhering to health regulations. Upsell retail products such as cosmetics, skincare items, and hair accessories to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals. Collaborate with clients to ensure clear communication about their preferences while managing time effectively during busy periods. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of makeup and hair styling work. Proficiency in bridal makeup application techniques, special event hair styling, character makeup, and prosthetic effects. Knowledge of color theory, color coordination, and skin tone matching to achieve flawless results. Skilled in eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other beauty treatments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Strong time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently without compromising quality. Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields preferred; ongoing training is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the craft.
