Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other lash enhancement services with precision and care. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, including proper sterilization of tools and adherence to health regulations. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Educate clients on aftercare routines for lash longevity and overall eye health, fostering trust and ongoing relationships. Upsell complementary services like brow shaping, facial treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with industry trends in aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies to expand your skill set. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on eyelash extensions or esthetic treatments. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and proper sterilization techniques for beauty tools. Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client records. Ability to perform additional aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, chemical peels, or body waxing is a plus. Experience in retail sales and product demos to promote skincare or lash care products effectively. Competence in managing social media platforms for marketing promotions and client engagement.
