Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance for their eyelash extensions
• Promote and sell retail products related to beauty and eyelash care
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and beauty industry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in performing eyelash extensions,
• Knowledge of a software for scheduling and client management is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
