Responsibilities:

Perform eyelash extension services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal. Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment, following proper sanitation protocols. Provided weekly progress updates to management to align with company goals. Maintained open lines of communication with supervisors on shifting priorities. Follow studio policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations. Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions. Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain a professional demeanor. May offer other services such as waxing, lash lift and tint, brow lamination, facials and other relevant services under the guidance of owner.

Qualifications:

•Must have Esthetician or Cosmetology license for Ohio State OR currently in school. Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with weekend and evening availability. Extensive previous work experience as an eyelash specialist is not preferred but acceptable. Training is provided; we prefer beginner level knowledge and experience of eyelash extensions. If applicants is an experienced lash artist, they must be open to relearning the art of lash extensions. Strong attention to detail and ability to create precise and flawless lash looks. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and clients.

Additional Benefits:

Clients provided. Applicant will be working with new and established clients of the business. Applicants are welcome to bring their own clients, but it is not necessary to have established clientele. Scheduling and client communication are provided. PMU and other training services are available if interested in learning these skills.

What sets us apart from most other businesses in this industry is that we care for the health of our clients' eyelashes. We simply do not just apply lashes. We care about the condition of our clients' lashes as well as their experience and how they look and feel. This is also why we prefer to train (or retrain) our lash artist instead of hiring experienced lash artists. However, we do accept experienced artist who are willing to train or be retrained.
