WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Lash Artists and Eyelash Extensions Technicians who strive to provide an excellent customer experience. You would be a great fit if you are able to work independently, understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, and are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services as well as ancillary services (lash lifts, lash tints, and eyebrow services) Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend aftercare products Assist with front desk operations such as rebooking clients and checking clients in/out Understand and drive sales of products and memberships Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license 1+ years experience as a Lash Artist Customer service focused Reliable transportation Strong work ethic Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

COMPENSATION

Between $45,000 and $80,000 depending on skills and booking level

Pay:
