Are you passionate about beauty and helping clients feel confident? Whether you're an experienced lash artist or a newly licensed professional eager to grow your career, we'd love to meet you! You Aesthetics is an upscale, growing salon located in the heart of Historic Downtown Clarksville. We are looking for motivated, professional, and reliable Lash Technicians who are excited to build their clientele in a supportive, positive, and team-oriented environment. What We Offer Competitive commission-based pay Professional, luxury salon environment High-quality products and equipment provided Marketing and social media support Flexible scheduling Ongoing education and growth opportunities Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing brand Responsibilities Perform classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension services Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Provide exceptional customer service Educate clients on proper aftercare Build and maintain strong client relationships Maintain professionalism and punctuality Qualifications Must hold a current Tennessee Cosmetology License, Aesthetician (Esthetician) License, or another Tennessee Board-approved professional license that legally permits the application of eyelash extensions. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Experienced lash artists are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow.
