We are looking for a reliable, talented beauty professional to help us start up this exciting new section as we reopen our doors.

You can choose the pay structure that fits you best: a competitive commission split or a stable hourly base rate , plus you keep 100% of your tips. Newly licensed specialists and recent graduates are highly welcome to apply! We offer a supportive environment and on-the-job guidance to help you build your confidence and your clientele. Pay Breakdown We want our team to feel secure and motivated, which is why we offer flexible options: Option 1: Hourly Base Rate - A stable, guaranteed hourly wage plus 100% of your tips. Option 2: Commission-Based - A competitive percentage split of your overall services plus 100% of your tips. The exact commission percentage will be dependent on your experience level.

Responsibilities Beauty Services:

Perform lash or brow services—including classic/volume eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, tinting, shaping, or threading—with precision and care.

Organization:

Keep your individual beauty station pristine, orderly, and fully organized between client appointments.

Salon Care:

Help maintain cleanliness and order in shared salon spaces, retail shelves, and supply closets.

Safety & Hygiene:

Adhere strictly to Texas safety, sanitation, and TDLR disinfection procedures to maintain a completely hygienic environment.

Client Consultation:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their style goals, offer expert product advice, and share proper lash/brow maintenance aftercare.

Inventory Control:

Monitor your product levels (adhesives, lashes, tints) and report low stock to management early to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications License:

Must hold an active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license (Required).

Experience:

All experience levels are considered. Great for beginners and new grads!

Skills:

Proficiency in basic lash application and brow mapping/shaping. Excellent communication skills for client consultations.
