The Opportunity We are looking for a Virginia licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who is interested in growing within a supportive, professional, and team focused studio. Previous lash or brow experience is preferred, but it is not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Whether you are newer to the industry or already have experience and want to specialize further, we are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, detail oriented, and excited to grow. We provide continued education, mentorship, marketing support, and the tools needed to help you become a confident and successful lash and brow artist. What You'll Do Provide high quality lash and brow services with precision and attention to detail Create a warm, personalized experience for every client Educate clients on services, maintenance, and aftercare Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Participate in continued education, training, and skill development Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive studio environment Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals What We're Looking For A valid Virginia esthetician or cosmetology license is required Previous lash or brow experience is preferred, but not required A professional, dependable, and punctual work ethic Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in client care Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue improving Good communication and time management skills A positive, team first attitude Interest in building a long term career in the beauty industry We take pride in maintaining a professional, supportive, and drama free workplace and are looking for someone who values the same kind of environment.
