We are an established, modern medspa focused on providing high-quality treatments in a welcoming, professional and elevated environment. We're looking for someone who is confident in their lash skills, takes pride in their work and is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate:

• Has professional experience performing Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions
• Is confident performing lash fills, removals and consultations
• Creates clean, consistent and high-quality lash sets
• Understands proper lash isolation, styling and maintaining natural lash health
• Follows excellent sanitation and infection-control practices
• Is reliable, professional, friendly and client-focused
• Can work independently while also being part of a supportive team
• Is comfortable taking before-and-after photos and helping showcase their work on social media
• Is motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele Lash lift/tint and additional beauty or esthetics skills are a plus. Requirements
• Valid Washington State license appropriate for performing lash services
• Portfolio or social media examples of recent lash work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
