Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the life of their extensions Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Gloss Genius. Upsell related products and treatments, including lash care kits and aesthetic enhancements Engage actively on social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and attract new clientele Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry, specifically with eyelash extensions or similar aesthetic treatments Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures for eyelash application Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain aftercare instructions Ability to manage appointments efficiently using salon management software like Gloss Genius.
