https://sugarnailsqueencreek.com/ Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match client preferences and trends Maintain strict salon safety protocols by following sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a hygienic environment Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and enhance their overall experience Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with all health regulations throughout each shift Stay current with industry trends, new techniques to elevate your skills Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of nail extensions, acrylic application, gel manicures (hard gel, builder gel, gel X), dip, and advanced nail care techniques Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Embrace your passion for beauty in a role that celebrates creativity, professionalism, and client happiness.
