Responsibilities Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including gel manicures and nail extensions using acrylic or other techniques Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style Conduct esthetic services such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading when required Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide nail care advice, and upsell retail products or additional services Keep workstations clean and organized while following all disinfection procedures for tools and equipment Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques like nail extensions or gel application, and industry best practices Qualifications Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (acrylics), gel manicures, and manicure techniques Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations Ability to perform additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling or hair extensions is a plus Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships Retail sales experience and upselling skills to promote products confidently within the salon environment Join us in creating beautiful transformations while enjoying a supportive environment that values your talents!
