The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nail care and cosmetology, demonstrating expertise in various nail techniques while providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will create beautiful nail designs and maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in our salon environment. Responsibilities Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance while promoting additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body waxing. Utilize retail sales skills to recommend products that enhance the client's nail care routine. Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including hair styling, hair threading, esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, barbering, and body waxing is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive client experiences. Familiarity with retail math to effectively manage product sales is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
