Job:

To assist with Members comfort in a courteous and professional manner while performing nail services. Direct all efforts towards member acknowledgement, satisfaction, safety, and proper technical procedures

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the performance of Manicure & Pedicures. Analyze, consult and recommend products. Utilize empowerment to satisfy Members on the spot without a hassle. Assist in finding the ultimate cause for member problems and institute change. Practice anticipation of members needs by being presently aware of the member while in each treatment. Demonstrate complete and thorough procedures for setting up and breaking down your assigned treatment room.

Utilize exceptional hospitality by:

Greeting members on time for their services. Sanitation of equipment after every Member. Inform managers of ways to improve: The overall operation of the Spa & Sports Club. Your working conditions The comfort of our Members.

Help around the spa:

Folding and stocking linen, maintenance of rooms, picking up trash, upkeep of locker rooms. Read and sign all SOP's and Memos. Comply with protocols and procedures. A spirit of teamwork. Willingly accepts additional responsibilities and tasks.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

State License is mandatory which entails hours as a Cosmetician or Cosmetologist, flexibility with schedule Hospitality experience is also a requirement.

NEEDED ATTRIBUTES

Do whatever it takes attitude, willing to work extended hours and deal professionally with staff and guests. The ability to communicate verbal and written information. A common-sense approach in conveying ideas, responsibilities and policies with members and employees. Problem solving skills a must and a great sense of humor is essential. The ability to smooth over problems and create a sense of satisfaction to the member and employees.

COMPENSATION
