Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as dry manicures and pedicures, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained. Specialize in Russian manicures and Russian pedicures, delivering precise and meticulous treatments. Apply gel X enhancements with skill and attention to detail, creating durable and attractive finishes. Create custom nail art designs tailored to client preferences, showcasing creativity and technical proficiency. Maintain cleanliness of tools and workstations before and after each appointment. Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and recommend suitable nail treatments. Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry to provide innovative services. Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in performing dry manicures, pedicures, Russian techniques, gel X applications, and nail art. Strong attention to detail with a steady hand for intricate designs. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment. Creativity combined with technical skill to produce unique and appealing nail designs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality service standards.
