Duties Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering nail care, skincare, massage therapy, and other cosmetology topics aligned with industry standards Supervise and mentor students during practical salon sessions to ensure skill development and safety compliance Teach a variety of techniques such as nail extensions, body waxing, eyelash extensions, facials, makeup application, and dermabrasion treatments Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster growth Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and confidence Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques like aesthetic laser treatments or hair coloring into curriculum Support students in preparing for licensing exams by reinforcing theoretical knowledge of anatomy, trigger point therapy, and other relevant subjects Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, nail care, hair styling, or esthetic treatments Strong background in cosmetology or barbering with relevant certifications or licenses required by state law Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor students effectively within a classroom or salon setting Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to skin and body treatments Skilled in lesson planning, curriculum development, and adult education methodologies Proficiency in a wide range of beauty services including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, facial treatments, body waxing, makeup application, and deep tissue massage Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students toward professional success Join us to make a lasting impact on future beauty professionals!
