Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, and nail extension applications with precision and creativity. Apply advanced techniques such as nail art, color theory-based designs, and nail enhancements to meet client preferences. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations. Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on nail care and maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a relaxing experience while building strong relationships through excellent customer service. Stay current with industry trends and other beauty services offered in the salon. Requirements Valid cosmetology or manicurist license. Proven experience working as a manicurist or nail technician in a professional salon environment. Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures. Skilled in applying gel manicures, gel x manicures, structured gel manicures, nail extensions, and performing pedicures with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service. Demonstrated ability to upsell confidently while maintaining professionalism.
