Posh Paint Nails is a fast-growing, modern nail sanctuary with non-toxic options. We launched in December 2024 in Longmont's Prospect New Town. Known for high-end structured gel (builder gel), detailed nail art, and Dazzle Dry services, we have quickly built a loyal, style-savvy clientele. POSITION OVERVIEW
We welcome talented nail technicians with strong manicure and pedicure fundamentals. Ideal for a nail technician who is eager to continue learning and refining advanced techniques. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, structured gel manicures, Gel-X services, builder gel services, and Dazzle Dry services. Perform detailed, clean, and creative nail art with exceptional attention to detail. Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend services that best meet each guest's needs. Create an elevated client experience that encourages repeat visits and long-term loyalty. Manage appointment timing efficiently while maintaining outstanding quality. Maintain a clean, organized workstation following Colorado State Board sanitation guidelines. Support fellow nail technicians and management during busy shifts. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented salon environment every day. Continue strengthening your skills through coaching, education, and mentorship.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Valid Colorado Cosmetologist or Nail Technician License (required). Reliable availability, including Saturday and/or Sunday shifts. Part-time and full-time opportunities available (3-5 shifts per week). Two or more years of professional nail salon experience preferred, or equivalent technical ability. Strong skills in gel application, cuticle care, shaping, manicures, and pedicures. Builder Gel, Luminary, or Gel-X experience is a strong plus. Excellent time management while maintaining exceptional quality. Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continually improve as a nail technician. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Passion for delivering exceptional client care and building lasting relationships. Commitment to cleanliness, teamwork, and maintaining a supportive salon culture.
