Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate services. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance. Assist in retail sales by promoting products used during services and upselling additional treatments. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive atmosphere and seamless service delivery. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation protocols, and cosmetology principles is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
