Duties Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Educate clients on nail health, proper care routines, and available treatments to enhance their overall experience Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure safety and hygiene for every client Use your knowledge of color theory to recommend custom nail designs that match clients' preferences and styles Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Assist with retail sales by recommending nail care products, skincare items, or hair extensions that suit individual needs Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to continually elevate service quality Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care and esthetic practices Proven experience in performing a variety of nail treatments with attention to detail Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols to prevent infections Familiarity with color theory for creating visually appealing designs and custom nail art Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Knowledge of retail math for upselling products effectively is a plus Join us if you're passionate about beauty, dedicated to exceptional customer service, and eager to develop your skills in a lively, supportive setting.
