Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity. Provide specialized services for men, catering to their grooming preferences and needs. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or designs. Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service, professionalism, and friendly communication. Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times. Promote retail products when appropriate to enhance client experience and business growth. Experience Previous experience as a manicurist or nail technician is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and hygiene standards is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or nail technology is desirable but not always required depending on local regulations.
