We specialize in Russian manicure (E-file manicure ) and natural nails care. We are looking for passionate nail tech who have goals and not satisfy with ordinary work in traditional nail salon. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art using current techniques and trends. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene following industry regulations to ensure client safety. Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable products or retail items to enhance their beauty regimen. Utilize color theory and artistic skills to create customized nail designs that meet client preferences. Upsell additional services and retail products through effective communication and excellent customer service skills. Requirements Valid IOWA Cosmetology or Nail Technician license. One year minimum experience with nail care techniques including gel, and natural nails in a nail salon. 35-45 hours weekly Nail art skill, hand painted art is highly appreciated. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Understanding beauty industry pay structure.
