We're a natural nail salon seeking a full or part-time nail technician or cosmetologist with a passion for natural nail care to provide manicure and pedicure services with CND Shellac and Dazzle Dry.

Hours:

we're seeking someone able to work between 16 to 32 hours per week, and who can work most or all Saturdays from 10am-4:30pm. If you're confident in your ability to provide skilled, safe, and relaxing services, or you're willing to accept mentoring to bring your skills up to expectations, we'd love to visit!

The ideal candidate:

Possesses current professional licenses in Iowa (cosmetology and/or nail technican) and experience to provide natural manicure and pedicure services Has great communication skills and the ability to fit easily into a team that works well together to share tasks and workspaces. Our nail tech team have high standards of sanitation and ensure that everyone's guests are well-cared-for, not just their own. Believes in an inclusive and comfortable environment for all guests and our motto: Every. Body. Welcome. Can create a high-end and customized experience based on each guest's unique needs.

Compensation:

$15/hour during training period (this includes time training with product knowledge and hand's on training with models.) Training period may vary based on experience in the industry and experience with our product lines, thought typically lasts a week to a month based on experience. After training period, compensation is commission and gratuities We pay a "no-show" commission to employees if their guest cancels with short notice. Commission is always paid on the full cost of service, regardless of if guest has a discount.
