Nail Technician Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nail treatments and enhancements, while also promoting additional services offered at our salon. Duties Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative options. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Experience in hair styling, body waxing, or dermabrasion is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of retail math to assist in upselling products effectively. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
