Responsibilities Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and care Perform advanced nail treatments such as nail art, color theory application, and custom designs to meet client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and proper equipment sterilization Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience Educate clients on nail care routines and product usage to promote healthy nails and ongoing maintenance Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay current with industry trends such as gel manicures, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, laser treatments, hair threading, and barbering techniques Skills Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including acrylics, gel nails, and nail extensions Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care services Ability to perform comprehensive treatments such as pedicures, manicure basics Knowledge of salon safety protocols along with excellent communication skills for client consultations Join us in delivering top-tier beauty services that leave clients feeling confident and pampered!
