In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail enhancements, while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise will help clients feel confident and pampered, making every visit memorable. Duties Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply and maintain nail enhancements including extensions and intricate designs using the latest techniques Educate clients on nail care routines, maintenance, and product recommendations to promote healthy nails Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art, and new techniques to provide innovative services Build strong relationships through excellent customer service, active communication skills, and personalized attention Skills Deep understanding of color theory for custom nail art and design applications Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming experience for every client Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health regulations in beauty services Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with specialization in nail care Experience with advanced nail techniques such as gel application, acrylics, and nail extensions Familiarity with hair extensions, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus for cross-service opportunities Retail sales experience with strong retail math skills to recommend products effectively Ability to communicate clearly with clients about services offered and aftercare instructions Join us at Visage de Beaute where your talent can shine!
