Your Mission:

In this role you will be in providing detailed and excellent nail services for your clients. Perform manicures and pedicures and be able to offer the best service that suits their nail care needs. Maintain 70% prebooking rate with your clients within 6 months of starting. Take social media content for every client to market your work on our pages.

Job Responsibilities:

Can explain clear descriptions and differences of nail services to better suit your unique clients nails Greet and checkout clients (even if they are not your own clients because we are a team) Maintain 70% booking rate Completing salon chores/sanitation throughout the day if needed Taking photos/videos of clients nails before they leave even if its not for social media Must clean pedicure and manicure stations between every client Keep your station fully stocked after every work day

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has experience performing manicures and pedicures Base knowledge of manicures and pedicures Customer service experience Base knowledge of the anatomy of the nail Is an active Nail Technician or Cosmetologist Friendly and outgoing personality; must be hospitality driven Pays Attention to Detail Is someone who is proactive A- Player Communicates well; speaks clearly and articulates well Works well in a team, feels comfortable asking peers for help

Must be available to work Saturdays 10am-5pm. Must choose 3-4 full weekdays to work. 9am-7pm We love to take care of our staff and are committed to providing you the best opportunities to succeed and grow. We provide hands on training and workshops to level up to advanced nail services. Your pay is completely based on how much you chose to work, your skill, and how time efficient you are. We do not do acrylic services.
