Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene at all times Provide expert advice on nail care routines, product recommendations, and aftercare to enhance client satisfaction Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client experience and salon revenue Assist clients with skin care consultations related to dermabrasion or other esthetic procedures when appropriate Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty tools while demonstrating excellent communication skills Experience Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory to create harmonious and eye-catching nail designs Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or hair extensions is a plus Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to enhance client service packages Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals Ability to perform hair styling, hair threading, barbering, or eyelash extension services is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a difference!
