Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our education team! Whether you've taught before or are looking to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while enjoying a consistent schedule and a supportive work environment. As an esthetics instructor, you'll help students build the confidence, technical skills and professional skills they need to succeed in the beauty industry. You'll guide students through both classroom theory and hands-on techniques. Mentoring as they enter the floor to take clients while helping prepare for state licensure and their future careers. What you'll do: Teach engaging classroom theory and hands-on esthetics techniques Prepare students for state licensing examination Guide and mentor students throughout their 900 hour program Track student progress and provide constructive feedback Reinforce professionalism, sanitation safety and industry standards Coach students in guest services, retail and business- building skills. Foster a positive, encouraging and professional learning environment What we're looking for Licensed Esthetician with at least 3 years experience Passion for educating and mentoring others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Positive attitude, professionalism and collaborative mindset Basic computer skills Why join our team?
